MASTER TECHNICIAN & SHOP FOREMAN
A storied powersports enthusiast, Kurt brings decades of knowledge and experience to his craft. This Northwest native can tell you the ins and outs of every dune and cut through snowy passes with the best of them. His skill on a snowmobile and reliable knowledge make him a go-to resource each winter for Washington State Parks Service.
SALES & SERVICE MANAGER
A consummate outdoorsman and racing enthusiast, Nick brings expertise and optimism to everything he does -- important for someone who dually manages RPM Northwest and its sister company RPM Motors & Sales. His uncanny ability to easily match customers with cars is only the second coolest thing about him; the first is a toss-up between his fishing record and his pastime of raising sugar gliders.
LEAD TECHNICIAN & DETAILER
When Damien's not working, he's ... working. This die-hard perfectionist is best known for his meticulous work as an auto detailer, but he can upgrade a topend with the best of them. Native to the Vancouver area, this proud dad brings a background in soccer, classic rock and roll, and mobbing on jet skis.
TECHNICIAN
Heralding all the way from Battle Ground, Logan brings tenacity and passion to his craft, as evidenced by his singularly unique and badass ride, a '99 E350 7.3 Powerstroke van with a 4WD conversion that he fabbed and built up solo. The van came to him compliments of his uncle at Oregon's Gambler 500... After all, any beater that can withstand 500 (mostly) off-road miles is sure to bring on love at first sight.
TECHNICIAN
A Portland boy originally, Matt made his way to the East Coast and back, picking up some notoriety as an MX force along the way. This dirtbike enthusiast made his name known via Nevada's VCGrandPrix, an annual enduro circuit that tackles mountain-winding single-track, salt flats, and downtown riding stages. Desert racing is still his favorite pastime, especially when he's rallying on his cherry Honda XR650R.
OWNER/VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Dubbed the driving force behind RPM's success, Tracy has been equal parts hustle and support since their humble beginnings in La Pine. Her business savvy, vision, and community reach is the backbone of the operation. Fun fact: Tracy, not Sean, is the Mustang enthusiast and Shelby expert. When she's not filling a crockpot with something delicious, she's likely outracing her sons on a snowmobile.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & INVENTORY
Calling Oregon City home for the past 43 years, this Northwest car enthusiast brings decades of auto sales experience to our RPM family. When he's not working his magic with financing, he's wrenching on his pristine signature yellow '09 Corvette or hanging with his best pal, a 95-lb Old English Sheepdog.
RPM MOTORSPORTS DIRECTOR
Sure, he's got killer genes, but this LaCenter HS teen has superior mechanical understanding and a keen business savvy that is all his own. His niche passion: snowbikes. A natural expert on all conversion kits and a Camso enthusiast, talk to this boy wonder about your winter riding options. Already a seasoned racer,
watch for him in his signature Boss 302 taking on his old man Sean Coiteux at a track day near you!
With a background that's equal parts journalism and soccer, this Vancouver native also had the extreme privilege of growing up in a household of talented gearhead brothers. She developed a love of all things big and fast via osmosis and fuels that passion with website builds, corporate strategy and branding, and marketing outreach for RPM Northwest and its subsidiaries.
Places we like and frequently use: Tom's Performance, Wheel World, ProCaliber Motorsports. These local cats have never let us down with exemplary service and a rad selection of whatever we're after. (Fun fact: ProCaliber and Tom's were two of Sean's very first jobs as a wide-eyed teen just wanting to learn how to ride with the big boys!) We also collab with and drive the beautiful work of FiveRTrucks out of Colorado.
